Work with my energy
“Some weeks I fly. Some weeks I drag.”
Maeve noticed: Your strongest week, and no workout since Sunday. Thursday 18:00 is free.
Your body sends signals. Maeve helps you plan work, sport, friends and sleep around them, right in your calendar.

A morning check-in, suggestions placed around your meetings, and the next two weeks at a glance. 49 seconds, sound on.

Your month, in five seasons
Rest · your period
Slow mornings, warm food, early nights.
Rise
Start something new. Try that class.
Peak
Pitch the big idea. Plan the dinner with friends. Go hard at the gym.
Settle
Steady routines. Finish what you started.
Drift · before your period
Protect your sleep. Keep evenings soft.
A starting point, not a rule. Maeve learns your own rhythm from your check-ins.
How it works
One check-in a day. After about two cycles, Maeve works from your pattern, not the average.
Your likely hard days sit next to the meetings you already have, two weeks ahead.
One for work, one for the rest of your life, placed in your real gaps. Your meetings never move.
Who it’s for

“Some weeks I fly. Some weeks I drag.”
Maeve noticed: Your strongest week, and no workout since Sunday. Thursday 18:00 is free.
“I lose a few days a month and only see why later.”
Maeve noticed: Your hard days started around day 24, three cycles in a row. Worth showing your doctor.
“Irregular, maybe perimenopause. Nothing’s predictable.”
Maeve noticed: Third hard day in a row, and your evening is empty. Keep it that way.
Your cycle is personal. Here is how Maeve treats it.
No. It reads your calendar and never edits, moves or deletes an event.
No. Suggestions come from simple rules that run on your phone.
No. Never. It’s end-to-end encrypted, so we can’t read it either.

No. Start with check-ins and tracking, and connect your calendar when you want the planning. Period dates can come from Apple Health.
Maeve still works. With no predictable cycle, it plans from how you check in each day instead of a forecast.
No. Your periods, check-ins and notes are end-to-end encrypted: sealed on your phone with a key only your devices hold, and stored sealed with your account in the EU (Frankfurt). Maeve can’t read them, and can’t recover them for you either, so the app gives you a recovery code to keep. Delete your account and it all goes.
